Matahacas Apartments is located in a totally restored typical local house from the XIX Century. The house has spacious common areas, and a terrace with sunbeds and a pool exclusive for our hosts.

Located in the Street Matahacas n.14, the distance with the Seville’s Airport is 11km (15 minutes by taxi). The main train station, Santa Justa, is located 1,4km (5 minutes by taxi). from the apartment and the Bus Stations Plaza de Armas and San Bernardo are 5,4km. and 2,3km.

It is very conveniently connected with all the Seville’s neighbourhoods because of its closeness to the bus stops at Plaza Ponce de León (300m. distance), and there is a public parking located 300m. from the apartment (Escuelas Pías Parking in Plaza Ponce de Leon).

The shopping area (calle Sierpes, Tetuán and surroundings) is only 5 minutes walking from the house, and the Cathedral and Giralda Tower are 15 minutes walking distance.

Situated on the 3rd floor of a house –there is a lift- in the very heart of the city. Close to everything: shopping area 1 minute walk, Cathedral 10 minutes walk, the Mushrooms 1 minute walk… lots of bars, restaurants and the main cultural attractions are in the surroundings of the apartment.
The apartment itself has two bedrooms (one double bed and two singles), two bathrooms, a very large living room with a dining room and a well equipped kitchen. The living room has a small terrace. The apartment has a lot of light and very nice views. It is also very quiet which will assure a good rest.
