The check-in is directly done at the apartment that you have booked.

The schedule to do the check-in is indicated in you reservation.  Inform by email about the estimated arrival time.  If you arrive to Seville´s airport, it would be useful to know your flight number  and arrival time (we can check on line if it arrives on time) and to know whether you are coming by bus or taxi to the apartment. With this information we will have a very close idea about the arrival time to the apartment.

If your arrival is late at night, after the time limit to do the check-in, please advice by email about the arrival time. We will send you the instructions to do the check-in. Before the arrival, you will receive an email with your acces code (to enter without key), or someone will be waiting for you at the apartment.

Of course you can. Please, let us know the estimated arrival time. If the apartment is ready when you arrive ( it depends of the check- out time of the previous guests), we will do the check-in right away. If the apartment is not ready before de check-in time, you can leave your bags and we will do the check-in as soon as possible.

All the apartments have free Wifi connection. The password and the name of the network is written in the welcome sheet you will find in the apartment.

Of course, it is included in every apartment, and possible to set it to your convenience.

No, you do not. The apartment is equipped with cotton 100% bed linen and towels.

At the apartment you will find a welcome set of toiletries that includes shower gel and liquid soap.Nevertheless, do not forget your usual personal products.

All the apartments include a harddryer, iron and the iron board. Depending on the building, there is an individual washing machine in every apartment or one washing machine to be shared with other apartments. Some apartments have an individual dryer and others a dryer to be shared. Some apartments have a cloth rack that you can use to dry your clothes.

The kitchen is well equippped, tableware, coffee maker, kettle, microwaves, stove, etc...The apartments are in the city centre, less than 5 minutes walk from supermarkets, bakeries, etc...We will give you detailed information at your arrival.

We have a cot available (free and under request) for babies under 2 years old. The cot is prepared with sheets. The maximum number of cots per apartment is one. If you have more than one baby please contact us.

When you make your reservation, please inform that you arrive by car and we will send by email detailed information about the closest parking from the apartment. Every apartment has a public parking close by ( about 5 minutes walking).
